TLDR on this is your mod is corrupted and you need to redownload it. Now lets address the issue of things disappear, crashing, and other unexpected issues This will now upload the latest version to your server. You need to make sure your client side of the mod is updated though. Now upload the mod from your mods directory to your server directory. Now, open up your local file director and navigate to your ark mods folder. What you need to do is download/open up an FTP client and connect to your server, then navigate to your mods folder.
So, whats the solution to this issue? FTP! If you dont know how to use FTP, google it.
If you hit the button enough it might work eventually. So, SteamCMD tries and tries to update it and usually times out. Primal Fear is just a wee bit bigger than this. But SteamCMD is extremely BAD at downloading mods over 1GB in size. This makes keeping things updated extremely easy. Most server companies, (home servers included) use SteamCMD to download and update their servers and mods. SteamCMD is a big, heaping, steaming pile of complete trash. So what exactly is happening?
